A Bloody Mary built on tequila, with spicy, savory tomato and lime.

Ingredients

  • 2 ozBlanco Tequila
  • 4 ozTomato Juice
  • ½ ozLime Juice
  • 3 dashesWorcestershire Sauce
  • 3 dashesHot Sauce
  • 1 tspHorseradishOptional
  • 1 pinchCelery Salt
  • 1 pinchBlack Pepper
  • 1CeleryGarnish
  • 1 lime wedgeGarnish

Method

  1. Add everything except the garnish to a shaker with ice.
  2. Roll back and forth between two tins to mix without foaming.
  3. Strain into an ice-filled highball and garnish with celery and lime.
