Terms of Use

Last updated October 3, 2026

These terms cover the Shelf Shaker app and shelfshaker.com, made by DtimesTwo Technologies LLC (“we”). By using them, you agree to these terms.

Who can use Shelf Shaker

Recipes with alcohol are for adults of legal drinking age where they live. If you tell the app you’re under that age, it shows zero-proof drinks only. Please drink responsibly, and never drink and drive.

Your license

We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control. Don’t copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the app or its recipe collection.

If you got the app from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Where it conflicts with these terms, Apple’s agreement wins for your use of the app on Apple devices. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app.

Shelf Shaker Pro

  • Pro is available monthly ($2.99), yearly ($14.99) or as a one-time lifetime purchase ($29.99), in US dollars. Prices in other countries are shown in the app before you buy.
  • Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel a subscription in your store account settings, or from Settings → Manage subscription in the app.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
  • Lifetime means for as long as we offer the app.

Recipes and label reading

Recipes and suggestions are for information and enjoyment. Check ingredients for allergies and dietary needs yourself. Label reading and barcode lookups can make mistakes, so check what the app found before you rely on it.

No warranty

The app and website are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don’t promise they will be error-free or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pro in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top when we do, and continued use means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA.
