A Spanish-Mexican after-dinner drink: Licor 43 and fresh espresso shaken over ice.

Ingredients

  • 1½ ozLicor 43
  • 1½ ozEspresso
  • 3Coffee BeansGarnish

Method

  1. Pour Licor 43 into a rocks glass with ice.
  2. Shake the hot espresso with ice for a few seconds.
  3. Strain over the liqueur so it layers, then stir to drink.
