Cold Brew Cream Soda

Cold brew, vanilla and soda capped with a pour of cream. Tastes like an old-fashioned soda fountain met a coffee bar.

Cold Brew Cream Soda

Ingredients

  • 3 ozCold Brew Coffee
  • ½ ozVanilla Syrup
  • 2 ozSoda Water
  • ¾ ozHeavy Cream

Method

  1. Stir the cold brew and vanilla syrup in an ice-filled highball glass.
  2. Top with soda.
  3. Slowly pour the cream over the top and let it cascade.
