Cucumber Cordial Sour

Cucumber muddled with lime cordial and fresh lime, shaken and served up. A gimlet-like sour that needs no bottle.

Cucumber Cordial Sour

Ingredients

  • 4 cucumber slices
  • 1 ozLime Cordial
  • ½ ozLime Juice
  • ¾ ozAquafabaOptional
  • 1 cucumber sliceGarnish

Method

  1. Muddle the cucumber with the lime cordial in a shaker.
  2. Add the lime juice, aquafaba (if using) and ice and shake hard.
  3. Double-strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Float a thin cucumber slice on top.
