Elderflower cordial, cucumber and lime topped with soda. Floral, cool and delicate.

Method

Lightly muddle the cucumber with the cordial in a wine glass.
Add the lime juice and fill with ice.
Top with soda and stir.
Garnish with a cucumber ribbon.
