Espresso Tonic

A shot of espresso poured over bitter tonic for a striking two-tone, fizzy coffee. Bright, bitter and energizing.

Espresso Tonic

Ingredients

  • 4 ozTonic Water
  • 1½ ozEspresso
  • 1 orange peelGarnish

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice and add the tonic.
  2. Slowly pour the espresso over the top so it floats.
  3. Express an orange peel over the glass.
