Ingredients

  • 1½ ozLemon Juice
  • 1¼ ozSimple Syrup
  • 5 ozWater
  • 1 lemon wheelGarnish
  • 1 mint sprigGarnish

Method

  1. Stir the lemon juice, syrup and water together.
  2. Pour over ice in a collins glass.
  3. Garnish with a lemon wheel and mint if you like.
