Lavender Honey Tonic

Tonic water scented with lavender and honey and sharpened with lemon. Floral and bitter in equal measure.

Lavender Honey Tonic

Ingredients

  • ½ ozLavender Syrup
  • ¼ ozHoney Syrup
  • ½ ozLemon Juice
  • 4 ozTonic Water
  • 1 lemon twistGarnish

Method

  1. Add the syrups and lemon juice to an ice-filled highball glass.
  2. Top with tonic and stir gently.
  3. Garnish with a lemon twist.
