Fiery ginger beer sharpened with lime and an extra hit of ginger syrup in a frosty copper mug. Vodka adds little flavor, so this spicy version skips the spirit entirely.

Ingredients

  • ¾ ozLime Juice
  • ¼ ozGinger Syrup
  • 5 ozGinger Beer
  • 1 lime wedgeGarnish
  • 1 mint sprigGarnish

Method

  1. Fill a copper mug with ice.
  2. Add the lime juice and ginger syrup.
  3. Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
  4. Garnish with a lime wedge and mint if you like.
