Oaxaca Old Fashioned

Ingredients

  • 1½ ozReposado Tequila
  • ½ ozMezcal
  • 1 barspoonAgave Syrup
  • 2 dashesAromatic Bitters (Angostura)
  • 1 orange peelGarnish

Method

  1. Stir tequila, mezcal, agave, and bitters with ice.
  2. Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
  3. Flame or express the orange peel over the top.
