Tangy passion fruit shaken with lime and a frothy egg white, then lifted with soda. Aromatic and tropical.

Ingredients

  • 1½ ozPassion Fruit Juice
  • ½ ozLime Juice
  • ½ ozPassion Fruit Syrup
  • ¾ ozEgg WhiteOptional
  • 2 ozSoda Water

Method

  1. Dry-shake everything except the soda.
  2. Add ice and shake hard.
  3. Strain into a chilled highball glass.
  4. Top with soda.
