Peach Iced Tea

Ingredients

  • 4 ozBlack Tea
  • 1½ ozPeach Purée / Nectar
  • ½ ozLemon Juice
  • ¼ ozSimple Syrup
  • 1 peach sliceGarnish
  • 1 mint sprigGarnish

Method

  1. Shake the cooled tea, peach nectar, lemon and syrup with ice.
  2. Strain into an ice-filled collins glass.
  3. Garnish with a peach slice and mint.
