Ingredients

  • 2 ozPineapple Juice
  • ½ ozLime Juice
  • 3 ozGinger Beer
  • 1 mint sprigGarnish
  • 1 pineapple wedgeGarnish

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Add the pineapple and lime juice.
  3. Top with ginger beer and stir.
  4. Garnish with mint and a pineapple wedge.
