Soda water sweetened with vanilla and a splash of cream for a homemade cream soda. Simple, fizzy and nostalgic.

Ingredients

  • 1 ozVanilla Syrup
  • 6 ozSoda Water
  • ½ ozHeavy CreamOptional

Method

  1. Add the vanilla syrup to an ice-filled collins glass.
  2. Top with soda and stir.
  3. Float the cream on top if you like.
