Amaretto Sour

Ingredients

  • 1½ ozAmaretto
  • ¾ ozBourbonOptional
  • 1 ozLemon Juice
  • ¼ ozSimple Syrup
  • 1Egg WhiteOptional
  • 1Cocktail CherriesGarnish

Method

  1. Dry shake all liquid ingredients without ice to foam the egg white.
  2. Add ice and shake again.
  3. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
  4. Garnish with a cherry.
