Ingredients

1½ ozNon-alcoholic Amaretto
1 ozLemon Juice
¼ ozSimple Syrup
¾ ozEgg WhiteOptional
1Cocktail CherriesGarnish
1 lemon peelGarnish

Method

Dry-shake the liquids without ice to build foam.
Add ice and shake again until cold.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with a cherry and lemon peel.
