Bloody Mary
A savory, spicy vodka and tomato drink seasoned to taste. The go-to brunch restorative.
Ingredients
- 1½ ozVodka
- 3 ozTomato Juice
- ½ ozLemon Juice
- 2 dashesWorcestershire Sauce
- 2 dashesHot Sauce
- 1 pinchCelery Salt
- 1 pinchBlack Pepper
- 1CeleryGarnish
- 1 lemon wedgeGarnish
Method
- Add vodka, tomato juice, lemon juice and seasonings to a shaker with ice.
- Gently roll the shaker back and forth to mix without foaming.
- Strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
- Garnish with a celery stalk and a lemon wedge.
