Bramble

A gin sour over crushed ice with blackberry liqueur bleeding through it. Fresh and jammy.

Ingredients

  • 1½ ozGin
  • ¾ ozLemon Juice
  • ½ ozSimple Syrup
  • ½ ozCrème de Mûre (blackberry)
  • 2BlackberriesGarnish
  • 1 lemon sliceGarnish

Method

  1. Shake gin, lemon juice and syrup with ice.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass packed with crushed ice.
  3. Drizzle the blackberry liqueur over the top.
  4. Garnish with blackberries and a lemon slice.
