Espresso Martini
Vodka, coffee liqueur and fresh espresso shaken to a creamy foam. A pick-me-up and a nightcap at once.
Ingredients
- 1½ ozVodka
- ½ ozCoffee Liqueur
- 1 ozEspresso
- ¼ ozSimple Syrup
- 3Coffee BeansGarnish
Method
- Add vodka, coffee liqueur, freshly brewed espresso and syrup to a shaker with ice.
- Shake very hard to build foam.
- Double strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Float three coffee beans on top.
