Gin and Tonic
The bar-rail standby: crisp gin stretched with bittersweet tonic over plenty of ice. Easy to make and easy to tweak with a different garnish.
Ingredients
- 2 ozGin
- 4 ozTonic Water
- 1 lime wedgeGarnish
Method
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add the gin.
- Top with tonic and stir once.
- Squeeze in the lime wedge and drop it in.
