Ingredients

2 ozGin
¾ ozLemon Juice
½ ozSimple Syrup
10 basil leaves
1 basil sprigGarnish

Method

Muddle basil with lemon juice and syrup.
Add gin and ice and shake hard.
Double strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
Garnish with basil.
