Ingredients

  • 1 ozElderflower Liqueur
  • 3 ozSparkling Wine (Prosecco/Champagne)
  • 1 ozSoda Water
  • 6 mint leaves
  • 1 lime wheelGarnish

Method

  1. Gently press the mint in a wine glass to release its aroma.
  2. Fill with ice and add elderflower liqueur.
  3. Add sparkling wine and soda.
  4. Stir gently and garnish with lime.
