Ingredients

  • ¾ ozElderflower Cordial
  • 4 ozNon-alcoholic Sparkling Wine
  • 1 ozSoda Water
  • 6 mint leaves
  • 1 lime wedgeGarnish

Method

  1. Lightly clap the mint and drop it in a wine glass with ice.
  2. Add the elderflower cordial.
  3. Top with NA sparkling wine and soda and stir gently.
  4. Garnish with a lime wedge.
