Shelf Shaker
Ingredients
- 1 ozMezcal
- ½ ozOverproof Rum
- ½ ozVelvet Falernum
- 1 barspoonMaraschino Liqueur
- ¾ ozLime Juice
- ½ ozSimple Syrup
- ¾ ozEgg WhiteOptional
Method
- Add all ingredients to a shaker; dry shake first if using egg white.
- Add ice and shake hard.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
