Japanese Highball

Ingredients

1½ ozJapanese Whisky
4½ ozSoda Water
1 lemon peelGarnish

Method

Pack a chilled highball glass with ice.
Add whisky and stir 10 times to chill.
Top up the ice, then pour soda down the side.
Stir once gently and express the lemon peel over the top.
