Ingredients

  • 1½ ozLondon Dry Gin
  • 1 ozLemon Juice
  • ½ ozSimple Syrup
  • Top withSoda Water
  • 1 lemon sliceGarnish
  • 1Cocktail CherriesGarnish

Method

  1. Fill a collins glass with ice.
  2. Add gin, lemon juice and syrup and stir.
  3. Top with soda water.
  4. Garnish with a lemon slice and a cherry.
