Zero-proof · mug glassNA Irish Coffee
Hot coffee sweetened with demerara and spiked with NA whiskey, capped with cool, lightly whipped cream. Cozy and indulgent.
Ingredients
- 4 ozHot Coffee
- 1½ ozNon-alcoholic Whiskey
- ½ ozDemerara Syrup
- 1 ozHeavy Cream
- 1 pinchNutmegGarnish
Method
- Warm a mug with hot water, then empty it.
- Add the coffee, NA whiskey and demerara syrup and stir.
- Shake the cream in a jar until just thickened.
- Float the cream over the back of a spoon and dust with nutmeg if you like.
