Ingredients: 1½ oz Vanilla Vodka; ½ oz Passion Fruit Liqueur; 1 oz Passion Fruit Juice; ½ oz Lime Juice; ½ oz Vanilla Syrup; 2 oz Sparkling Wine (Prosecco/Champagne)

Vanilla vodka and passion fruit shaken tart and sweet, served with a little glass of sparkling wine on the side.

1½ ozVanilla Vodka
½ ozPassion Fruit Liqueur
1 ozPassion Fruit Juice
½ ozLime Juice
½ ozVanilla Syrup
2 ozSparkling Wine (Prosecco/Champagne)

Method

Shake vodka, passion fruit liqueur, passion fruit juice, lime juice and vanilla syrup with ice.
Double strain into a chilled coupe.
Serve the sparkling wine in a small glass alongside.
