Planter's Punch

Ingredients

  • 2 ozJamaican Rum
  • ¾ ozLime Juice
  • ¾ ozDemerara Syrup
  • ¼ ozGrenadine
  • 2 dashesAromatic Bitters (Angostura)
  • 1 orange sliceGarnish
  • 1 mint sprigGarnish

Method

  1. Add rum, lime juice, syrup, grenadine and bitters to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake hard.
  3. Strain into a collins glass filled with ice.
  4. Garnish with an orange slice and mint.
