Shelf Shaker
Ingredients
- 2 ozRye Whiskey
- 1Sugar Cubes
- 3 dashesPeychaud's Bitters
- Rinse ofAbsinthe
- 1 lemon peelGarnish
Method
- Rinse a chilled rocks glass with absinthe and discard the excess.
- In a mixing glass, crush the sugar cube with the bitters and a splash of water.
- Add rye and ice and stir until cold.
- Strain into the prepared glass and express a lemon peel over the top.
