Whiskey Sour

Ingredients

  • 2 ozBourbon
  • ¾ ozLemon Juice
  • ¾ ozSimple Syrup
  • ¾ ozEgg WhiteOptional
  • 1Cocktail CherriesGarnish
  • 1 orange sliceGarnish

Method

  1. Add bourbon, lemon juice, syrup and egg white if using to a shaker.
  2. Dry shake, then add ice and shake again.
  3. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
  4. Garnish with a cherry and an orange slice.
