Ingredients

  • 1½ ozGold Rum
  • ½ ozGalliano
  • 2 ozPineapple Juice
  • ¼ ozLime Juice
  • Top withSparkling Wine (Prosecco/Champagne)

Method

  1. Shake rum, Galliano, pineapple and lime juice with ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  3. Top with sparkling wine.
