Dark 'n' Stormy

Ingredients

  • 2 ozDark Rum
  • 3½ ozGinger Beer
  • ¼ ozLime JuiceOptional
  • 1 lime wedgeGarnish

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice and add ginger beer and lime juice if using.
  2. Slowly pour the dark rum over the top so it floats.
  3. Garnish with a lime wedge.
