Ingredients: 1 oz Jamaican Rum; 1 oz Cognac; ½ oz Peach Schnapps; 1 oz Lemon Juice; ¾ oz Simple Syrup; 2 oz Black Tea; 1 lemon wheel; 1 pinch Nutmeg

A Philadelphia punch from the 1700s of rum, cognac, lemon, tea, and peach. Peach schnapps stands in for peach brandy here.

Ingredients

1 ozJamaican Rum
1 ozCognac
½ ozPeach Schnapps
1 ozLemon Juice
¾ ozSimple Syrup
2 ozBlack Tea
1 lemon wheelGarnish
1 pinchNutmegGarnish

Method

Combine everything except the garnish in a punch bowl; scale by the number of guests.
Chill well, ideally with a large block of ice.
Ladle into cups and grate nutmeg on top.
