Ingredients
- 1 ozGin
- ½ ozLemon Juice
- ½ ozSimple Syrup
- 2 ozSparkling Wine (Prosecco/Champagne)
- 1 lemon twistGarnish
Method
- Shake gin, lemon juice and syrup with ice.
- Strain into a chilled flute.
- Top with sparkling wine.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
