Ingredients

  • 1 ozNon-alcoholic Gin
  • ½ ozLemon Juice
  • ½ ozSimple Syrup
  • Top withNon-alcoholic Sparkling Wine
  • 1 lemon twistGarnish

Method

  1. Shake the NA gin, lemon juice and syrup with ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled flute.
  3. Top slowly with NA sparkling wine.
  4. Garnish with a lemon twist.
