Bitter aperitivo with airy, freshly juiced orange. Two ingredients, bright and bittersweet.
Ingredients
- 1½ ozRed Bitter Aperitivo (Campari-style)
- 4 ozOrange Juice
- 1 orange wedgeGarnish
Method
- Fill a highball glass with ice and add the aperitivo.
- Whip or blend the orange juice briefly until fluffy.
- Pour the juice over and garnish with an orange wedge.
