Gin, bitter aperitivo and sweet vermouth in equal measure. Bold, bitter and perfectly balanced.
Ingredients
- 1 ozGin
- 1 ozRed Bitter Aperitivo (Campari-style)
- 1 ozSweet Vermouth
- 1 orange peelGarnish
Method
- Add gin, aperitivo and sweet vermouth to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir until chilled.
- Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
- Garnish with an orange peel.
