Gin Fizz
A tangy gin sour lengthened with soda for a light, bubbly refresher.
Ingredients
- 1½ ozGin
- 1 ozLemon Juice
- ¾ ozSimple Syrup
- Top withSoda Water
- 1 lemon wheelGarnish
Method
- Shake gin, lemon juice and syrup with ice.
- Strain into a chilled highball glass without ice.
- Top with soda water.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel.
