Mint Julep

Ingredients

  • 2½ ozBourbon
  • ½ ozSimple Syrup
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 1 mint sprigGarnish

Method

  1. Gently press the mint leaves with the syrup in a julep cup.
  2. Add bourbon and pack the cup with crushed ice.
  3. Stir until the cup frosts, then top with more crushed ice.
  4. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
