Ingredients: 1 oz White Rum; ½ oz Peach Schnapps; 1 oz Honey Syrup; 1 oz Lime Juice; 4 Fresh Pineapple; 10 mint leaves; 1 mint sprig

A blended cooler of rum, mint, pineapple, peach, and honey, one of the earliest frozen tiki drinks.

Ingredients

1 ozWhite Rum
½ ozPeach Schnapps
1 ozHoney Syrup
1 ozLime Juice
4Fresh Pineapple
10 mint leaves
1 mint sprigGarnish

Method

Add everything except the garnish to a blender with a cup of crushed ice.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a tiki glass and garnish with mint.
