Equal parts of alcohol-free gin, red aperitivo and sweet vermouth make a bittersweet, ruby-red sipper. All the grown-up bite of the original without the proof.
Ingredients
- 1 ozNon-alcoholic Gin
- 1 ozNon-alcoholic Red Aperitivo
- 1 ozNon-alcoholic Sweet Vermouth
- 1 orange peelGarnish
Method
- Add all three liquids to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir for about 20 seconds until cold.
- Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
- Express the orange peel over the top and drop it in.
