Piña Colada

Ingredients

  • 2 ozWhite Rum
  • 1½ ozCream of Coconut
  • 3 ozPineapple Juice
  • ½ ozLime JuiceOptional
  • 1 pineapple sliceGarnish
  • 1Cocktail CherriesGarnish

Method

  1. Add rum, cream of coconut, pineapple juice and lime if using to a blender with a cup of ice.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a hurricane glass.
  4. Garnish with pineapple and a cherry.
