Rum Punch

Caribbean-style punch of rum, citrus, pineapple, and grenadine. Easy to scale for a crowd.

Ingredients

  • 1½ ozDark Rum
  • ½ ozWhite Rum
  • 2 ozPineapple Juice
  • 1 ozOrange Juice
  • ¾ ozLime Juice
  • ½ ozGrenadine
  • 1 pinchNutmegGarnish
  • 1 orange sliceGarnish

Method

  1. Combine rums and juices in a pitcher; multiply by the number of guests.
  2. Stir in grenadine and chill.
  3. Serve over ice and dust with nutmeg.
