Ingredients

  • 1 ozCognac
  • 1 ozDark Crème de Cacao
  • 1 ozHeavy Cream
  • 1 pinchNutmegGarnish

Method

  1. Add cognac, crème de cacao and cream to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake hard until well chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Grate a little nutmeg over the top.
