Ingredients

  • 1Whole Egg
  • 1 ozBrandy
  • ½ ozDark Rum
  • 2 ozMilk
  • 1 ozHeavy Cream
  • ¾ ozSimple Syrup
  • 1 pinchNutmegGarnish

Method

  1. Whisk the egg with syrup until pale; scale up for a bowl.
  2. Stir in milk, cream, brandy, and rum.
  3. Chill well and serve in cups with grated nutmeg.
