Ingredients

  • 1½ ozCognac
  • 4 ozGinger Ale
  • 2 dashesAromatic Bitters (Angostura)Optional
  • 1 lemon peelGarnish

Method

  1. Place a long spiral of lemon peel in a highball glass and fill with ice.
  2. Add the cognac and bitters if using.
  3. Top with ginger ale and stir gently.
